- What is the Synergize Bootcamp?

Our programs are progressive and take anyone from any shape and size who is ready to change their body and change their life.Expect energetic music, outgoing, positive and encouraging trainers along with a fun but results oriented environment.

- How is the Synergize Coral Gables Boot Camp different from all the other Boot Camps?
There is NO other camp like this, but many will attempt to offer the quality and we will change the industry with our support systems. First, we give all of our campers free access to our fitness journal online. We have quarterly seminars that keep you focused taught by the creators of the camp. We also do on going education and development of our instructors each week. You get unlimited telephone and email support from your camp program director. Wait, there is more… also included you get a comprehensive fitness assessment with measurements and body fat, a fitness journal, personal and physical goal setting assistance, a nutrition plan (created by registered dietician Greg French) and a literal roadmap to the next level of transformation.

- What if I’m not in good physical shape?

- What do i need to bring?
We provide the equipment and the exercise. All you have to bring is yourself, a full bottle for water, and a great attitude. Make sure to eat 1 hour before you train, but not right before.

    Fads, fads everywhere… but none the real deal – until I found Synergize. Between P90X, Cross-fit, Insanity, and all those other “in” or “trendy” workouts, how is anybody supposed to choose what works for them. Or even worse, stick to it and get results.     I first met Zach in September of 2009. To say that I was reluctant to try personal training would be a huge understatement.     My original intention in coming into Zach’s system was to build my strength and agility to become a better martial artist. I was lacking in strength for my kicks and punches so I sought out a coach who could help me.
